AYM believe in investing in its people, providing excellent career progression through continues training programmes funded by the company. Working with each individuals’ aspirations and supporting wholeheartedly.
We do not only focus on apprentices to find new recruits, we also support other people from various backgrounds. We have a number of ex-forces personnel working with us who have needed the opportunity and support into a new line of work. We look to support those who have been long term unemployed and will not discriminate.
We seek out to support those in less fortunate circumstances to provide them with a skill set and a career path to see them achieve their goals and to help them to realise a new way of positive thinking.
